Items marked as monthly or yearly are shown as recurring in quotes and never added to the one-time total.
Dealer profile
Appears on every proposal you export. Set it once.
Business identity
Logo and company details for the proposal cover and footer.
PNG or JPG, ideally wide with a transparent or white background. Shown at the top of the proposal.
Branding
Your name and colour replace iCHASE across the app, every proposal and every export file. The manufacturer stays visible only through the co-brand line above and the product names in your price book.
Export file names
Every PDF, survey file and CSV is named with this pattern, so a folder of exports reads at a glance. Empty tokens collapse — no stray dashes.

Pre-filled into every new survey; editable per quote.

Map imagery
A Mapbox public token gives high-resolution, recent satellite imagery and better address search. Without one the tool falls back to Esri imagery.
